平顶山市2012和2013年人间布鲁氏菌病血清学检测结果

目的分析平顶山市2012和2013年人间布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)血清学检测结果,了解平顶山市布病的流行特点,为防控布病疫情提供依据。方法对2012和2013年到平顶山布病防治门诊就诊者按照《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准》进行血清学检测。结果共接诊610人,191例为阳性,阳性率为31.31%;地区分布以鲁山县阳性率最高(43.93%,47/107),其次为宝丰县,阳性率为43.10%(25/58);4~8月为人间布病发病高峰;男性与女性阳性率差别无统计学意义(χ2=1.904,P0.05);60岁年龄组阳性率为最高(36.32%);职业分布以农民感染率为最高(79.06%,151/191)。结论应加强对布病防治工作的领导,坚持做好疫情监测,开展重点职业人群布病防治知识健康教育,提高群众布病知识知晓率。

Results of serological detection of human brucellosis in Pingdingshan city from 2012 to 2013

Abstract： Objective To analyze the resuks of serological detection of human brucellosis and its epidemiological features in Pingdingshan city from 2012 to 2013. Methods Serological detection of suspected brucellosis case in an outpatients department in Pingdingshan city from 2012 to 2013 was conducted and the results were analyzed. Results Totally 610 suspected brucellosis cases were detected and 191 positives were found with the positive rate of 31.31%. The positive rates in Lushan and Baofeng were the highest , being 43.93% and 43.10% respectively. The peak incidence was from April to August. There were no significant differences between male and female in positive rates （X2=1.904, P〉 0.05）.The highest positive rate was observed in age group of over 60 years（36,32%）The infection rate in farmers was the highest （79.06%, 151/ 191）.Conclusions The prevention and control, monitoring of brucellosis be strengthened, health education on target
