海口市性病门诊就诊者HIV抗体检测结果分析

目的了解海口市艾滋病病毒感染情况,流行趋势,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法采集2010年1月~2013年12月海南省皮肤病医院性病门诊就诊者血样,用免疫层析快速诊断试剂(乳胶法)初筛,初检阳性反应的标本用两种试剂酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法进行复检,只要有一种检测出现反应性结果,标本送海南省疾病预防控制中心艾滋病检测确证实验室,采用免疫印迹实验(WB)进行确证实验。结果性病门诊就诊者7 156例血样,男性5 701例,女性1 455例,其中1 761例为自愿咨询检测(VCT),自愿检测率为24.61%(1761/7156),初筛和复检中至少有一种检测结果为阳性的有132例,占1.84%,经HIV确证实验室确诊者有114例,感染率为1.59%(114/7 156),其中男性95例,女性19例,男女比例为5:1。2010~2013年感染率分别为1.20%,1.61%,1.65%,1.91%。结论海口市性病门诊就诊者HIV抗体自愿检测率低,检测人群以年轻男性为主;性传播为主要传播方式;HIV感染率逐年上升,应加强对高危人群的宣教及行为干预,阻断HIV传播。

Results of detection of antibody to HIV in outpatients of STD voluntary conselling and testing clinics in Haikou city

Objective To investigate the status and prevalent trend of HIV infection in Haikou city and to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures . Methods The blood samples were collected from STD outpatients in Haikou city front January 2010 to December 2013 and initially screened with rapid immune chromatography. The positive samples were detected using ELISA with two reagents. The positives tested by one of the two reagents were sent to Hainan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention for confirmation, using western blot （WB）. Results Among the 7 156 STD outpatients tested 5 701 were males and 1 455 were females,1 761 were voluntarily counseling testing （VCT） outpatients, with a voluntary consulting and testing rate of 24.61% （1761/7156）, There 132 outpatients were positive either in the initial screening and confirmation test accounted for 1.84%, 114 cases were confirmed by HIV laboratory with the infectious rate of 1.59% （114/7156） including 95 males 19 females cases and the ratio of male to female was 5：1. HIV infection rates during 2010 - 2013 in Haikou city were 1.20%, 1.61%, 1.65%, 1.91%. Conclusion The STD consulting and testing rate in Haikou city was low and most of the VCT consultants were males. The main transmission route was sexual contacts. HIV infection showed an rising trend. Thus health education and haviour intervention be carried out to control the spread of HIV.
