上海市浦东新区性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病哨点监测分析

目的了解上海市浦东新区性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病相关知识知晓情况,高危行为以及HIV、梅毒和HCV的感染状况,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法按照《国家艾滋病哨点监测方案》,对性病门诊男性就诊者进行问卷调查,采集静脉血进行相关血清学检测。结果上海市浦东新区2013年共监测性病门诊男性就诊者800人,就诊者中293人(36.63%)最近三个月与暗娼发生过性行为,148人(18.50%)与临时性伴发生过性行为,4人(0.50%)与同性发生过肛交性行为,未发现注射毒品者。共发现HIV阳性7例(0.88%),梅毒阳性81例(10.13%)。结论浦东新区性病门诊男性就诊者中商业和临时性行为比较多,HIV感染较高,应加强性病门诊检测以及强化对门诊人群的健康教育和行为干预。

Sentinel monitoring of male outpatients visiting STD clinics in Pudong district of Shanghai

Objective To understand HIV-related knowledge, high risk behaviors and the infection status of HIV, syphilis, HCV among male outpatients in STD clinics of Pudong district in Shanghai and for formulating prevention and control measures. Methods A questionnaire survey male outpatients in STD clinics was conducted according to the National protocol of AIDS sentinel surveillance, and blood samples were collected for serological test. Results Totally 800 respondents were monitored in Pudong district of Shanghai in 2013. Two hundred and ninety-three （36.63%） of them admitted having sex with female sex workers, 148（18.50%） having sex with temporary sex partners,4 were （ 0.50% ）having sex with men. No one used injection drug. 7（0.88% ） cases were positive for HIV antibody, 81（10.13%） cases were positive for syphilis antibody. Conclusion Most of the male outpatients in STD clinics of Pudong district had commercial and temporary sex. The infection rate of HIV was relatively high. Thus the testing of outpatients in STD clinics be strengthened and health education and behavior intervention be conducted.
