热休克蛋白70与颈动脉粥样硬化患者血管钙化相关性研究

目的研究血清中热休克蛋白70(HSP70)与颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)患者血管钙化程度及其他临床和实验室指标间相关性。方法收集2013年3月~2014年3月中国人民解放军第251医院进行诊治的69例慢性CAS患者作为研究对象。应用酶联免疫吸附试验方法测定血清HSP70水平,应用彩超评估患者动脉钙化情况,详细记录患者其他临床和实验室指标检测结果,应用统计学方法进行相关性分析。结果患者血清中HSP70水平显著高于正常对照组(t=29.52,P0.05);患者存在严重血管钙化现象;有严重血管钙化的CAS患者血清中HSP70显著升高(u=1.73,P0.05),且钙化程度与HSP70水平呈正相关(r=0.17,P0.05);HSP70水平与患者年龄、CS、血清胆红素和同型半胱氨酸呈正相关性,与其他肝功能指标没有显著相关性。结论血清HSP70水平与CAS患者CS严重程度密切相关,可能是CAS患者脉管系统钙化的新标志物。

Correlation of heat shock protein 70 level with vascular calcification in patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis

Objective To analyze the correlation of serum heat shock protein 70（HSP70） levels with vascular caleification and laboratory parameters of patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis（CAS）. Methods Sixty-nine chronic CAS patients from March 2013 to March 2014 in No. 251 Hospital of PLA were included in this study. Serum HSP70 levels were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Vascular calcification was assessed by ultrasonography. Other clinical and laboratory test results were noted in detail. Results Serum HSP70 in patients with CAS were significantly higher than that of normal control group（t=-29.52,P〈0.05）; severe vascular calcification was observed in these cases; Serum HSP 70 levels were significantly higher in patients with vascular calcification（u =1.73, P〈0.05）, and showed positive correlations between calcification degree and HSP70 level（r=0.17, P〈0.05）; HSP70 showed positive correlations with age, CS,serum bilirubin and homocysteine levels, but did not correlate with other liver function indexes. Conclusion HSP70 levels-correlate with the severity of vascular calcification in CAS patients and it might be a new marker of atherosclerotic calcification.
