醒脑静治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨醒脑静注射液治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法 84例急性有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组42例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用醒脑静注射液静脉滴注,每次20mL,每日1次。观察两组患者的神志清醒时间、胆碱酯酶恢复时间、住院时间、中间综合征发生率、治愈率以及病死率。结果治疗组患者神志清醒时间、ChE恢复时间、住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P0.01或P0.05)。治疗组治愈率为88.1%(37/42)高于对照组的69.0%(29/42)(P0.05)。中间综合征发生率、病死率均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,合用醒脑静治疗急性有机磷农药中毒可以提高临床疗效,降低病死率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing injection in treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients. Methods Eighty-four acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,each group compprised 42 cases.The patients in control group received conventional treatment and Xingnaojing injection was added to those in the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy in two groups was observed. Results The waking time, ChE recovery time and duration of hospital stay of the treatment group were siganificantly less than the control group(P 0.01 or P 0.05).The cure rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P0.05).The incidence of intermediate syndrome and case fatality rate in treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy, Xingnaojing injection can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce case fatality rate in treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
