云南麻栗坡县中越边境地区人群麻疹抗体水平监测分析

目的了解麻栗坡县中越边境地区各年龄组人群麻疹(Measles virus,MV)抗体水平,为控制和消除边境地区麻疹疫情提供科学依据。方法随机调查与越南接壤边境线最长的麻栗坡县边境地区境内、境外1~50岁人群共800人,采血进行麻疹IgG抗体定量检测。结果麻疹IgG抗体综合阳性率为88.25%,其中境内人群为91.75%,越南籍人群为84.75%,境内高于境外,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.5,P0.05);境内有免疫史者麻疹抗体阳性率93.14%,GMT为1587.11mIU/ml,免疫史不详者麻疹抗体阳性率80.00%,GMT为894.22mIU/ml,有免疫史者高于免疫史不详者,两者麻疹抗体阳性率及GMT差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.72,P0.05;F=7.29,P0.05)。结论麻栗坡县境内麻疹抗体阳性率高于境外,切实提高含麻组分疫苗二剂次接种率是巩固边境地区麻疹防控工作,实现如期消除麻疹的根本措施。

Surveillance of measles antibody level in population at border area between China and Vietnam

Objective To investigate the measles antibody level among different age groups from the border area between China and Vietnam so as to provide scientific basis for control and elimination of measles in border areas. Methods Totally 800 people with age groups of 1 ~ 50 years old from inside and outside Malipo County along the longest border line between China and Vietnam border line were randomly sampled for detection of measles IgG antibody. Results The positive rate of measles IgG antibody of whole population was 88.25%, of which domestic population was 91.75% and higher than the Vietnamese（84.75%）, showing statistically difference（χ2=8.5, P 0.05）. The statistical difference of the positive rate of measles antibody and GMT（χ2=9.72, P 0.05; F=7.29, P 0.05） was found between the two groups of domestic population with the immunization history（93.14%, GMT 1 58711mIU/ml）and those with unknown immune history（80%, GMT 894.22mIU/ml）.Conclusions The positive rate of measles antibody in Malipo County was higher than that of overseas, and it＇s essential measures to improve effectively the vaccination rate for the measles control and elimination in the border region.
