吉林市2004~2013年流行性腮腺炎流行病学分析

摘    要:目的了解吉林市2004~2013年间流行性腮腺炎发病、流行情况,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述性研究对2004~2013年中国疾病预防控制信息管理传染病报告系统和突发公共卫生事件报告系统的流行性腮腺炎疫情资料进行分析。结果 2004~2013年吉林市共报告流行性腮腺炎病例6 268例,年均发病率为14.02/10万,发病率呈波浪型上升趋势。全年均有发病,有明显的季节性特征,年龄分布以5~19岁年龄组(5 037例,占80.36%)居多。男性发病数多于女性(男性3 955例,女性2 313例)。职业多为学生(4 491例数,占71.65%),其次为托幼儿童(718例,占11.46%)。2004~2013年间吉林市共发生流行性腮腺炎引起的暴发疫情6起。结论流行性腮腺炎在吉林地区发病率有持续增高的趋势,应针对不同人群、不同地区加强流行性腮腺炎疫苗接种,以降低流腮的发病率,控制疫情的发生。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Jilin city from 2004 to 2013, and to provide a scientific basis for development of prevention and control measures. Methods The data of prevalence of mumps from Infectious disease reporting system of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention were statistically analyzed by. Results A total of 6 268 mumps cases were reported in Jilin city from 2004 to 2013, the average annual incidence rate was 14.02/ 100 000,showing an increasing trend. Mumps infection occurred all the year round with distinctive seasonal distribution. Most cases were students (4 491 cases) accounted for 71.65%, and in age group of 5-19 years (5 037, 80.36%), followed by infants in kindergartens(718 cases) accounted for 11.46%. Six mumps outbreaks were recorded in Jilin from 2004 to 2013. Conclusion The incidence of mumps in Jilin showed an increasing trend. Vaccination with mumps vaccine among target groups of population be carried out and strengthened to reduce the incidence of mumps and control the prevalence of the disease.
