广西2010年部分县中小学生疟疾防治知识知晓率调查

目的了解广西学生疟疾防治基本知识知晓情况,为制定疟疾健康教育宣传策略提供科学参考。方法采取随机抽样的方法确定调查学生,用统一的问卷进行现场调查。结果学生的疟疾防治知识知晓率为52.89%,男生知晓率为52.77%,女生知晓率为53.02%,小学生知晓率为53.37%,中学生知晓率为52.49%,男女生之间、小学生和中学生之间知晓情况均无差别;就疟疾知识5个核心内容掌握程度而言,中小学生对"得了疟疾该怎么办"比较了解,知晓率为84.40%,对"疟疾传播途径"、"哪种疟疾危及生命"和"怎样预防疟疾"知之甚少,知晓率分别为52.10%、52.89%和34.01%。结论广西中小学生对疟疾防治知识的认知处于较低水平,针对性强的宣教材料和趣味性强宣教形式是提升学生知晓率的关键。

Analysis of current situation of malaria awareness among students in some counties of Guangxi in 2010

Objective To understand the status of malaria awareness of students in Guangxi Province, in order to provide useful reference for devising health education strategy for preventing malaria. Methods Used random sampling method to choose the subject, and then a questionnaire survey was conducted to them. Results The awareness rate of malaria knowledge was 52.89% in students,52.77% in boys, 53.02% in girls, 53.37% in pupils and 52.49% in middle school students. There were no significant differences in awareness between boys and girls, middle school students and pupils. For the five core contents, respondents understood what they could do if they had infected malaria very well, the rate for that was 84.82%. Yet they had a low level of awareness about route of transmission, which malaria was dangerous and how to prevent malaria, for which the awareness rates were 52.10%, 52.89% and 34.01%, respectively. Conclusion The students＇ malaria awareness rate was low. So targeted malaria health material and interesting instruction is the key to improve students malaria awareness.
