| 摘 要： | 目的观察麦粒灸法治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择符合诊断标准的类风湿性关节炎患者60例,采用麦粒灸进行治疗。结果 60例患者经治疗后总有效率为96.6%。治疗后患者晨僵时间、关节肿胀数、关节疼痛数、双手握力等症状与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论麦粒灸是一种治疗类风湿关节炎的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of wheat-grain-sized moxa cone moxibustion in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Sixty patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of rheumatoid arthritis were enrolled and treated by wheat-grain-sized moxa cone moxibustion.Results The total efficacy rate was 96.6% in the 60 patients after treatment.There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in morning stiffness time,the number of swollen joints,the number of painful joints and hand grip strength in the patients（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Wheat-grain-sized moxa cone moxibustion is an effective way to treat rheumatoid arthritis. |
