| 摘 要： | 目的研究卵磷脂降血脂的作用。方法将受试者按血脂水平随机分为卵磷脂试食组和安慰剂对照组,以双盲法进行试验。结果卵磷脂试验组试食后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)与试食前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试食后TC、TG与试食前比较分别下降10.58%、21.77%;试食后试食组TC、TG与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵磷脂具有辅助降血脂功能作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study cholesterol-lowering activity of dietary lecithin soft capsule.Methods The test-receivers were randomly assigned into the lecithin soft capsule group and the placebo group according their serum lipid levels,and the study was designed as a double blind clinical trial.Results The total cholesterol(TC)and triglycerol(TG)levels of the lecithin soft capsule group decreased 10.58% and 21.77%,which showed statistical significant difference as comparison with the placebo control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The results suggest that lecithin has a serum lipid-lowering activity. |
