反相高效液相色谱法测定不同加工方法枸骨叶中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量

目的考察不同加工方法对枸骨叶中熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量的影响。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,梯度洗脱,对不同加工方法的枸骨叶甲醇提取物进行高效液相色谱分析。结果熊果酸在55~550μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;齐墩果酸在35~350μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9。晒干和阴干的样品中熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量较高,分别为1.45%,0.31%和1.43%,0.30%。结论该方法简便、重复性好、准确度高,为枸骨叶的合理加工提供了参考依据。

Quantitative analysis of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in leaves of llex cornuta of different processing methods by RP-HPLC

Objective To investigate the effects of different processing methods on ursolic acid and oleanolic acid contents in leaves of Ilex cornuta by using RP-HPLC method. Methods The methanol extract in leaves of Ilex cornuta of different processing methods was analysed by RP-HPLC method and gradient elution. Results The cali- bration curve of ursolic acid was linear in the range of 55 - 550 μg/mL, r = 0.999 9 and the calibration curve of oleanolic acid was linear in the range of 35 -350 μg/mL, r= 0. 999 9. The contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in sun drying and shade-drying samples are higher. They were 1.45% , 0.31% and 1.43% , 0.30% respec- tively. Conclusion The established method is proved to be simple, reproductive and accurate. It provides the sci- entific basis for the rational processing of leaves of Ilex cornuta.
