| 摘 要： | 目的：了解国产阿齐霉素与进口阿齐霉素的疗效和不良反应。方法：选择207例细菌性感染疾病患者，其中107例用国产阿齐霉素片治疗者与100例用进口阿齐霉素胶囊治疗者进行随机对照观察。结果：两组痊愈率分别为52．34％和63．00％，有效率各为93．46％和92．00％，两组临床症状、体征消退时间相似．两组细菌消除率分别为96．43％和94．00％，不良反应发生率均少而轻微，分别为1．87％和1．00％。结论：国产阿齐霉素片治疗细菌性感染与进口阿齐霉素胶囊同样安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of the domestic AZI and imported AZI. Me thods: A randomized comparative study was carried out in 207 patients with bacterial infections. 107 of whomwere treated with domestic AZI and 100 patients with imported AZI (Pliva). Results:The cure rate .total effective rate and bacterial elimination rate were 52. 34 %, 93. 46 %, 96. 43 % and 63. 00%. 92. 00%, 94. 00% respectively for the two groups;no significant difference was found. The recovery time of symptoms and signs was similar in the two groups. The side effects for the two groups were 1. 87% and 1. 00%. Conclusion: The domesticAZI is as effective and safe as the imported AZI in treatment of bacterial infection. |
