四逆散加减治疗肠易激惹综合征103例临床观察

目的 :观察四逆散加味治疗肠易激惹综合征 (IBS)临床疗效。方法 :将 14 3例随机分为两组 ,治疗组 10 3例用四逆散加味治疗 ,辅以饮食调理、心理治疗 ;对照组 4 0例单纯用西药治疗。结果 :治疗组临床治愈 6 3例 ,显效 2 0例 ,有效 12例 ,无效8例 ,总有效率为 92 .2 % ;对照组临床治愈 7例 ,显效 8例 ,有效 12例 ,无效 13例 ,总有效率为 6 7.5 %。两组比较有显著差异(P <0 .0 5 )。两组主要症状疗效比较 ,各项均有统计意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :四逆散加减治疗肠易激惹综合征疗效确切 ,优于单用西药常规治疗。

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Modified Sinisan( 四逆散加减) in Treating Irritable Intestine Syndrome, a Report of 103 Cases

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified sinisan in treating irritable intestine syndrome.Method:143 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(103 cases) was treated with modified sinisan combined with diet regulation and psychotheraphy.The control group(43 cases) was treated with western medicine.Result:In the treatment group,63 cases were cured,20 cases significantly effective,12 cases effective,and 8 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 92.2%.While in the control group,the number was 7,8,12,13 and 67.5% respectively.The difference between the two groups was notable (P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the main symptoms (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of modified sinisan in treating irritable intestine syndrome was superior to that of western medicine.
