超声血管增强技术联合CDFI诊断肾动脉狭窄

摘    要:目的探讨超声ClarifyTM血管增强(VE)技术联合CDFI对肾动脉狭窄的诊断价值。方法对93例患者(186支肾动脉)分别行常规二维超声联合CDFI、VE技术联合CDFI检测,与肾动脉造影检查结果相比较。结果 186支肾动脉中,常规二维超声联合CDFI检出10支肾动脉狭窄,21支肾动脉显示不清,肾动脉显示率为88.71%(165/186);VE技术联合CDFI检出16支肾动脉狭窄,7支肾动脉显示不清,肾动脉显示率96.24%(179/186)。肾动脉造影检查发现22支肾动脉狭窄,2支闭塞。常规二维超声联合CDFI的敏感度39.13%(9/24),特异度99.38%(161/162);VE技术联合CD-FI的敏感度58.33%(14/24),特异度98.78%(160/162)。结论 VE技术联合CDFI对肾动脉的显示率及动脉狭窄的检出率比常规二维超声联合CDFI有较大提高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of ultrasound ClarifyTM vascular enhancement (VE) technology combined with CDFI in diagnosis of renal artery stenosis. Methods Ninety-three patients (186 renal arteries) were examined with conventional two-dimensional (2D) ultrasound combined with CDFI as well as CDFI combined with VE technology, respectively, and the results were compared with those of renal angiography. Results Among 186 renal arteries, 10 renal arteries stenosis were detected using 2D ultrasound combined with CDFI, 21 renal arteries were not displayed clearly. The renal artery display rate of 2D ultrasound combined with CDFI was 88.71% (165/186). Meanwhile, 16 renal arteries stenosis were detected using VE technology combined with CDFI, 7 renal arteries were not displayed clearly. The renal artery display rate of VE technology combined with CDFI was 96.24% (179/186). Renal angiography showed 22 renal arteries stenosis, and 2 blocked. The sensibility and specificity of 2D ultrasound combined with CDFI in diagnosis of renal artery stenosis was 39.13% (9/24) and 99.38% (161/162), which of VE technology combined with CDFI was 58.33% (14/24) and 98.78% (160/162), respectively. Conclusion Comparing with 2D ultrasound combined with CDFI, VE technology combined with CDFI can improve renal artery display rate and the detection rate of renal artery stenosis.
