| 摘 要： | 目的：通过四倍体与二倍体枸杞主要营养成分的比较，研究和探讨四倍体枸杞的药用价值。方法：根据化学分析和有效成分的测定结果，比较四倍体与二倍体枸杞果实中氨基酸，无机盐，糖，枸杞多糖及其蛋白质的含量。结果：四倍体枸杞子中水溶性多糖的含量是二倍体枸杞子的３．６４倍，结论：四倍体枸杞子的药效和药用价值二倍体枸杞子有明显提高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study and explore the medical value of tetraploid Lycium B L by comparing the major nutritive components of tetraploid and diploid fruits Methods: The major nutritive components: amino acid, inorganic salts, sugar, polysaccharide and protein in tetraploid and diploid fruits were compared Results: Water-soluable polysaccharide of tetraploid fruits was 3 64 times higher than that of diploid Conclusion: The medical value and effects of tetraploid fruits were significantly increased, as compared with the diploid ones |
