四倍体和二倍体枸杞果实营养成分的比较研究

摘    要:目的:通过四倍体与二倍体枸杞主要营养成分的比较,研究和探讨四倍体枸杞的药用价值。方法:根据化学分析和有效成分的测定结果,比较四倍体与二倍体枸杞果实中氨基酸,无机盐,糖,枸杞多糖及其蛋白质的含量。结果:四倍体枸杞子中水溶性多糖的含量是二倍体枸杞子的3.64倍,结论:四倍体枸杞子的药效和药用价值二倍体枸杞子有明显提高。

Abstract:Objective: To study and explore the medical value of tetraploid Lycium B L by comparing the major nutritive components of tetraploid and diploid fruits Methods: The major nutritive components: amino acid, inorganic salts, sugar, polysaccharide and protein in tetraploid and diploid fruits were compared Results: Water-soluable polysaccharide of tetraploid fruits was 3 64 times higher than that of diploid Conclusion: The medical value and effects of tetraploid fruits were significantly increased, as compared with the diploid ones
