宫腔镜临床应用100例分析

目的：应用宫腔镜检查及治疗１００例（异常子宫出血９０例，其它表现异常１００例），查明其病因，提高诊断准确率。方法：根据宫腔镜检查，结果病理检查及手术结果作出诊断并做相应治疗。结果。本组异常子宫检出率９３％。宫腔镜手术２４例。绝经后子宫出血中，子宫内膜萎缩占５０％，是绝经后子宫出血的首位原因，子宫内膜癌占７１４％，也是绝经后子宫出血的原因。非绝经期异常子宫出血中，子宫内膜增生，子宫肌瘤（粘膜下，内突壁间），子宫内膜息肉，宫颈管息肉依次为３１７２％，２４３９％，１４９３％和９７６％。结论∶宫腔镜是一种很好的检查宫腔的方法，它直视宫腔、定位取材、诊断准确率高。异常子宫出血是宫腔镜检查的首要适应证，明确地诊断子宫内膜功能性疾病，早期发现子宫内膜癌。宫腔镜手术不开腹、损伤小、恢复快，保留子宫及卵巢功能，是值得推广的新技术

ANALYSIS ON CLINICAL USE OF HYSTEROSCOPY IN 100 CASES

Among the AUB of non-menopause period, endometrial proliferation, uterine leiomyoma, endometrial polyp and cervical polpy occupied 31 72%, 24 39%,14 93% and 9 76% respectively. In this study, the positive detection rate of abnormal uterus was 93% Conclusion: Hysteroscopy is the best method of examining the uterus It can directly observe uterine cavity and take local materials The accurate dignosis rate is very high Hysteroscopic examination is the most suitable to AUB It can clarify the dignoses of endometrial functional diseases and early discover the endometrial cancer Hysteroscopic surgery can save the pathients from being operated on Its trauma is very small and recovery is rapid It keeps the function of uterus and ovary It is threrfore worthy to be widely used
