摘    要:目的:为研究缺血中风中医综合治疗提供一定的依据。方法:回顾性总结1995-1999年连续缺血中风住院患者的一般情况,并分析接受不同治疗方法的综合组和非综合组的疗效。结果:609例患者,显效320例,显效率52.5%,总有效576例,总有效率96.4%;接受中医内科辩证并物理治疗的综合组总有效率96.7%,仅接受中医内科辩证治疗的非综合组总有效率88.0%,综合组疗效优于非综合组(P<0.05),且急性期疗效综合组优于非综合组(P<0.05);资料显示,609例患者中,风痰瘀务痹阻脉络证250例(急性期199例),占40.8%。结论:中医综合治疗提高了缺血中风的临床疗效,同时认为风痰瘀血痹阻脉络证是缺血中风临床中较为常见的证候。

Abstract:Objective: To research clinical effect of combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in ischemic stroke. Methods:609 in-patients of ischemic stroke from 1995 to 1999 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical efficacy of combined treatment group and control group was evaluated. Results:Of 609 patients, markedly effective rate was 52.5% (320/609) and effective rate was 96.4% (576/609). The total effective rate of combined treatment group and control group was 96.7% and 88.0% respectively. The clinical efficacy of combined treatment group was superior to that of control group(P<0.05)and in acute stage, the clinical efficacy of the prior was also superior to that of the latter(P<0.05). It also showed 250 cases with Feng-tan-yuxue-bizu-mailuo syndrome was 40.89% of all cases and 199 cases were in acute stage. Conclusions:Combined treatment of TCM improves the clinical efficacy in management of ischemic stroke, and Feng-tan-yuxue-bizumailuo syndrome is a frequent syndrome in ischemic stroke.
