609例缺血中风患者中医综合治疗回顾性分析

目的：为研究缺血中风中医综合治疗提供一定的依据。方法：回顾性总结1995－1999年连续缺血中风住院患者的一般情况，并分析接受不同治疗方法的综合组和非综合组的疗效。结果：609例患者，显效320例，显效率52．5％，总有效576例，总有效率96．4％；接受中医内科辩证并物理治疗的综合组总有效率96．7％，仅接受中医内科辩证治疗的非综合组总有效率88．0％，综合组疗效优于非综合组（P＜0．05），且急性期疗效综合组优于非综合组（P＜0．05）；资料显示，609例患者中，风痰瘀务痹阻脉络证250例（急性期199例），占40．8％。结论：中医综合治疗提高了缺血中风的临床疗效，同时认为风痰瘀血痹阻脉络证是缺血中风临床中较为常见的证候。

Retrospective Analysis on 609 Cases of Ischemic Stroke and Clinical Effect of Combined Treatment of TCM

Objective: To research clinical effect of combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in ischemic stroke. Methods:609 in-patients of ischemic stroke from 1995 to 1999 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical efficacy of combined treatment group and control group was evaluated. Results:Of 609 patients, markedly effective rate was 52.5% (320/609) and effective rate was 96.4% (576/609). The total effective rate of combined treatment group and control group was 96.7% and 88.0% respectively. The clinical efficacy of combined treatment group was superior to that of control group(P<0.05)and in acute stage, the clinical efficacy of the prior was also superior to that of the latter(P<0.05). It also showed 250 cases with Feng-tan-yuxue-bizu-mailuo syndrome was 40.89% of all cases and 199 cases were in acute stage. Conclusions:Combined treatment of TCM improves the clinical efficacy in management of ischemic stroke, and Feng-tan-yuxue-bizumailuo syndrome is a frequent syndrome in ischemic stroke.
