| 摘 要： | 目的 观察盐酸格拉司琼止吐效果和毒性。方法 对 60例接受化疗的肿瘤患者 ,采用随机自身对照的方法 ,比较盐酸格拉司琼和恩丹西酮的疗效和毒性。结果 格拉司琼和恩丹西酮止吐有效率分别为 81.7%和 73 .3 % ,完全缓解率分别为 65 .0 %和 5 8.3 %。两者的疗效无统计学差异 ,毒副反应均较小。结论 盐酸格拉司琼是一种安全、有效的化疗止吐药。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the antiemetic effect and toxicity of granisetron.Methods A randomized,crossover assay was used in sixty patients who received chemotherapy to compare the efficacy and toxicity of granisetron and ondansetren.Results The response rate of acute vomiting was 81 7% in patients receiving granisetron and 73.3% in those receiving ondansetron.Complete response rate was 65.0% in granisetron arm and 58 3% in ondansetron arm.The two arms had not remarkably difference in response rate or adverse reactions.Conclusion Granisetron is an effective and safe antiemetic drug. |
