| Abstract: | The symptoms, signs, and radiographic findings of lumbar disc herniation with apophyseal fracture are compared with those of lumbar disc herniation without fracture. Disc herniation with apophyseal fracture characteristically displayed central herniation, postoperative bony ridge formation, and end plate irregularity. |
