101例发育迟滞儿童病因分析

目的：探讨儿童发育迟滞的常见原因及预防措施。方法：对本院儿童发育行为门诊就诊的101例发育迟滞的儿童进行分析，并对发育迟滞的儿童按1：1病例配对与正常儿童进行生长发育情况比较。结果：在病因中，产前因素占35．64％，产时因素占17．62％，产后因素占20．97％，不明原因的占25．74％。发育迟滞组在早期即有落后于正常组的表现。结论：加强孕期保健，提高产科质量，加大优生优育的宣传力度，重视早期教育，积极防治后天获得性疾病是减少儿童发育迟滞智力低下的关键。

The Cause Analysis in 101 Children with Development Retardation

Objective: To explore the common cause and preventive methods of children with retardation.Methods:The cause of 101 development retardation children from outpatient service were analyzed,and they were matched as 1:1 with normal children to compare their development and growth.Results:Among all causes,the antenatal element,the element during delivery and the postpartum element accounts for 35.64%,17.62% and 20.97%,respectively.Conclusion:The key to prevent development retardation is to strengthen the pregnancy health care,to raise the obstetrical quality,to think highly of early education of children,to prevent and cure acquired disease positively.
