| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预在食管贲门癌合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法:将48例食管贲门癌合并糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各24例.对照组行常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上实施心理支持、认知干预、行为干预、控制血糖、饮食指导等护理干预.结果:干预组低血糖发生率、并发症发生率与对照组比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01),病死率与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:对食管贲门癌合并糖尿病患者行护理干预,可有利于降低其低血糖发生率、并发症发生率及病死率.
