肝门区胆管癌的CT诊断

目的评估CT对18例肝门部胆管癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析18例经病理证实的肝门部胆管癌的CT表现，评价其对病灶的显示情况及定性诊断的准确率。结果18例肝门部胆管癌中肝总管癌8例，肝管分叉部癌10例；浸润型12例，肿块型6例。增强检查能更清楚显示肝内外胆管扩张和胆管壁增厚。结论CT是检查肝门部胆管癌的有效手段。

CT in the diagnosis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To evaluate the role of CT in the diagnosis of 18 cases of hilar cholangiocarcinoma.Methods CT manifestations of 18 cases of hilar cholangiocarcinoma pathologically confirmed were reviewed. The displays of lesions and diagnosis accuracy qualitatively with CT were evaluated. Results 8 cases were carcinomas of common hepatic duct, 10 cases were carcinomas of hepatic duct bifurcation; 12 cases were infiltrating type,6 cases were mass type. The dilating of intrahepatic biliary duct and extrahepatic biliary duct and thickening of bile duct wall were visualized clearly by enhancement CT. Conclusion CT is valuable in diagnosis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma.
