老年患者术后认知功能障碍影响因素分析

目的初步探讨老年患者术后认知功能障碍发生的影响因素。方法选择山西省人民医院全麻下择期行非心脏手术、且年龄≥60岁的老年病人100例,使用神经心理学测试量表评估患者术前术后认知功能,分析术后认知功能障碍发生的影响因素。结果年龄、术前合并高血压和术前抑郁与术后认知功能障碍发生有显著性关系,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论年龄、术前合并高血压和抑郁是与老年患者术后认知功能障碍发生有关的影响因素。

Influencing Factors on Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction in Elderly Patients

Objective To study the influencing factors on postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients.Methods We selected 100 elderly patients more than sixty years of age under general anesthesia and scheduled for selective non-cardiac surgery in Shanxi Province People＇s Hospital and assessed their preoperative and postoperative cognitive functions with neuropsychological testing scale,and analyzed the influencing factors of the postoperative cognitive dysfunction occurrence in elderly patients.Results Preoperative hypertension, age and preoperative depression were significantly related to the postoperative cognitive dysfunction occurrence （P0.05）.Conclusion Hypertension, old age and preoperative depression are the influencing factors related to the postoperative cognitive dysfunction occurrence in elderly patients.
