四肢恶性骨肿瘤综合保肢治疗的围手术期护理

目的探讨四肢恶性骨肿瘤综合保肢治疗过程中的围手术期康复与护理。方法总结从2003年8月~2006年2月收治的18例四肢恶性骨肿瘤患者的临床资料,所有患者进行新辅助化疗及瘤段骨切除体外^60Co灭活再植入、瘤段骨切除人工假体或同种异体骨植入等综合保肢治疗,术后进行有序的康复训练并实施良好的护理。结果术后平均随访20.6个月（11~30个月）,其中无瘤生存12例,带瘤生存5例,1例死亡。3例骨断端未愈合,但不影响肢体功能。结论四肢恶性骨肿瘤综合保肢治疗保存了肢体的完整性和功能,提高了生活质量。其围手术期有效的康复及规范的护理为其取得满意疗效起到至关重要的作用。

Perioperative nursing of combination treatment salvaging limbs for limbs malignant bone tumor

Objective To discuss the perioperation convalescence and combination treatment salvaging limbs for limbs malignant bone tumor.Methods To summarize the clinical data of 18 patients with limbs malignant bone tumor from Aug.2003 to Feb.2006.All the patients received the combination treatment salvaging limbs,such as the neoadjuvant chemotherapy,deactivation reimplantation by 60Co,tumor section bone resection with implantation,artificial prosthesis or homogeneity variant bone limbs.After operation,the patients received the rehabilitation training and standard nursing.Results After operation,the patients were followed for average 20.6 months,12 cases existed without tumor,5 cases existed with tumor,1 case died,and 3 cases existed without healing in broken ends of fracture bone and affecting the founction.Conclusion Combination treatment salvaging limbs for limbs malignant bone tumor can not only preserve the integrity and function of limbs,but also raise the quality of life.The effective rehabilitation and standard nursing of perioperation term is very important for satisfactory curative effect.
