| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨无偿志愿献血员中梅毒感染者红细胞免疫功能的变化及其临床意义。方法 采用红细胞花环粘附法检测梅毒抗体阳性和阴性献血员各19例，其中男性各14例，女性各5例。结果 梅毒抗体阳性者的红细胞粘附率明显低于阴性者（P＜0．05）；男性感染者的红细胞粘附功能明显低于男性健康者（P＜0．05）；女性感染者的红细胞粘附率则与女性健康者无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论 梅毒感染者的红细胞免疫功能明显降低；女性感染者红细胞粘附功能无显著降低可能与其病程有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study red cell immune adherence function in volunteer donors of blood infected by Treponema Pallidum(TP). Methods Red cell immune adherence function was detected by E - C3b receptor rosette(E -C3b RR) level in 19 volunteer donors with TP and 19 normal controls. Results E - C3b RR were significantly lower in all donors with TP and 14 male donors with TP than that of all normal controls and 14 male normal (P < 0.05). No statistical difference of E - C3b RR was found between 5 female donors with TP and 5 female normal (P > 0.05). Conclusion Red cell immune function is signi ficantly decreased in volunteer donors of blood infected by TP. |
