| 摘 要： | 目的：讨论、评估全直肠系膜切除术在Miles术中的优越性。方法：回顾总结3年中采用该技术行Miles手术14例。结果：所有患者均用全直肠系膜切除术，手术出血少，时间短，术后并发症少，效果好。结论：Miles手术操作必须遵守全直肠系膜切除的原则，这样不仅可以达到根治效果，又能提高生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuse and evaluate the superiority of total mesorectal execision(TME) in Miles'operation. Methods:To recall and summarize 14 models who were operated Miles'operation with TME during 3 years.Results:All patients were operated Miles' operation with TME. And we find that this way have some merits, such as less bleeding,shorter time,less complication,and better effect etc.Conclusion:Miles' operation that strictly abide by principle of TME can not only get redical effect, but also improve living standard of patients. |
