消瘤汤对进展期胃癌术后血清血管内皮生长因子蛋白表达的影响研究

目的 探讨消瘤汤对进展期胃癌术后血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白表达的影响。方法 行手术治疗的进展期胃癌患者，随机分为3组：消瘤汤组30例，采用口服消瘤汤进行治疗；消瘤汤＋腹腔热灌注化疗方案组32例，采用腹腔热灌注化疗联合口服消瘤汤进行治疗；对照组28例，采用腹腔热灌注化疗进行治疗，观察3组血清血管内皮生长因子水平(VEGF)变化及VEGF蛋白表达情况。结果 消瘤汤组、消瘤汤＋腹腔热灌注化疗组治疗前后血清VEGF水平明显下降，消瘤汤组、消瘤汤＋腹腔热灌注化疗组分别和对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；消瘤汤组、消瘤汤＋腹腔热灌注化疗组治疗前后血清VEGF蛋白表达水平明显下降，消瘤汤组、消瘤汤＋腹腔热灌注化疗组分别和对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 消瘤汤对进展期胃癌患者术后复发有一定的防治作用，能改善患者生存期质量，其作用机制可能是通过抑制血清中VEGF的蛋白表达进而抑制肿瘤血管生成实现的。

Effects of xiaoliu decoction on immune function and the expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor in advanced gastric cancer after surgery treated

Methods: 90 cases with surgical treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2006 to January 2010 were randomly divided into three groups: Xiaoliu decoction group 32patients used to treat oral Xiaoliu decoction; Xiaoliu decoction combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy group 28 patients, using intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy, oral Xiaoliu decoction; the control group of 50 patients intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy alone treatment program; Observed three groups of serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and VEGF protein expression. Results: Xiaoliu soup group, Xiaoliu Tang combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy before and after treatment of serum VEGF levels were significantly decreased. Xiaoliu soup group and Xiaoliu Tang combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy group and control group respectively, the difference was statistically significant after treatment (P <0.05) ; Xiaoliu soup group, Xiaoliu Tang combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy before and after treatment of VEGF protein expression levels were significantly decreased. Xiaoliu soup group and Xiaoliu Tang combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy group and control group respectively, the difference was statistically significant after treatment (P <0.05) ; Conclusion: Xiaoliu soup on patients with advanced gastric cancer prevention and treatment of postoperative recurrence have some preventive effect, can improve the quality of patient survival, its function mechanism possibly is through suppresses the VEGF of the blood serum protein expression to suppress the tumor blood vessel production to realize.
