206例男性尿道炎患者的解脲脲原体药敏分析

[目的]了解岳阳地区解脲脲原体（Uu）的耐药性，更合理选择抗生素。[方法]采用支原体药敏检测试剂盒和支原体固体培养基进行Uu培养、鉴定和药敏检测。[结果]Uu阳性率为25．4％，强力霉素、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、四环素、红霉素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素、原始霉素、交沙霉素耐药率依次为2．4％、75．4％、29．7％、2．4％、3.8％、12．0％、11．6％、2．8％和11．6％。[结论]岳阳地区对于引起的非淋菌性尿道炎（NGU），首选药物是以强力霉素、四环素、交沙霉素、原始霉素霉素为主，开展体外药敏试验，根据试验结果合理选择治疗药物。

Drug sensitive test of ureplasma urealyticmn in 206 male patients with urethritis

[ Objective] To investigate the drug resistance of Uu in Yueyang to provide evidence for reasonable use of antibiotics in clinical practice. [ Methods] The mycoplasma solid medium was used for culture and mycoplasma drug sensitivity kit for identification and drug sensitivity determination of Uu. [ Results] The positive rate of Uu was 25.4%. The drug resistant rate to Doxcycline, Cip, OFL, PRI, TET, ERY, AZI, CAL and PRL was 2.4%, 75.4%, 29.7%, 2.4%, 3.8%, 12.0%, 11.6%, 2.8% and 11.6%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The drug of the first choice for the urethritis in Yueyang are DOX, TET, JOS and PRI. The use of antibiotics should be based on the in vitro drug sensitive test.
