| 摘 要： | 护生临床基础护理实习期是护生职业态度形成和基本知识技能掌握的主要时期，是实现培养目标的关键性教学环节。我国的医学院校多数是采用传统课程教学模式，即护生先学习3～4年医学基础与临床课程，再安排1年的临床实习。
