肠造口患者生活质量与社会支持的相关性研究

目的:探讨肠造口患者生活质量与社会支持的关系,寻求康复护理对策,旨在提高造口患者的生活质量。方法:采用问卷调查法对69例肠造口患者的生活质量以及社会支持情况进行调查,并与60例正常组进行比较,分析肠造口患者的社会支持与生活质量的相关性。结果:肠造口患者的社会支持明显高于正常组(P<0.01),社会支持与其生活质量呈正相关(r=0.831、P<0.05)。结论:肠造口患者获得更多的社会支持,肠造口患者的生活质量与社会支持密切相关,康复护理过程中重视社会支持可以改善护理效果,提高肠造口患者的生活质量。

Relationship between social support and quality of life in colostomy patients

Objective To study the relationship between social support and quality of life（QOL） in colostomy patients and nursing strategies,in order to improve the quality of the colostomy patients′ life.Method Social support state in 69 colostomy patients was investigated by questionary and compared with control group of 60 healthy cases.The relationship between social support score and QOL was analyzed.Results Social support score of colostomy patients was significantly higher than that of controls（P〈0.01）,and was closely related to QOL score（r=0.831,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients subject to colostomy get more social support,social support is closely related to QOL in colostomy patients.Paying attention to the social support for colostomy patients,can ameliorate the effect of nurse and improve the patients′ QOL.
