乳腺癌患者手术前后睡眠状况的调查与分析

目的:调查乳腺癌择期手术治疗期间患者的睡眠状况,并分析其原因。方法:对156位乳腺癌择期手术患者进行问卷调查,调查表主要包括患者的睡眠日志、住院前、后主观睡眠情况评估、失眠的类型和影响睡眠的主要因素等内容。结果:病人在手术前、后5天中的平均睡眠时间为4.3~6.1h,主观上认为睡眠状况睡眠变差者达62%~92%。失眠类型在术前主要是与住宿环境改变和心理因素导致的入睡困难、手术后则是由治疗/护理和疼痛等原因引起的睡眠不稳。结论:护士对手术前后患者失眠状况要有正确的认识,并及时给予有效的护理。

Analysis on difference of slumber status in patients with breast cancer before and after operation

Objective To study the difference of slumber status in patients with breast cancer before and after operation, and find out the reasons. Method Sleep characteristic and quality of 156 patients with breast cancer were analyzed by the self-made questionnaire, which including sleep log of patients, assessment of slumber status before and after operation, type of insomnia and influence factors, etc. Results The average sleep time of five days (two days before the operation, one day before the operation, operation day, the first day after operation and the second day after operation) was 4.3~6.1 h and 62%~92% patients considered that slumber status was worse than that of pre-hospital. The type of insomnia before the operation was falling asleep trouble caused by altering sleep environment and psychological factors, while that of after operation was unstable sleep caused by pains and factors of treatments and nursing. Conclusion The nurses must assess the different slumber status between preoperative and postoperative patients correctly and know the reasons of insomnia, so as to afford the effective nursing measures.
