| 摘 要： | 笔者报道博弈论在防范护理纠纷中的应用。(1)在人际关系处理中博弈论的应用；(2)在预防与处理护理纠纷中的应用。通过应用博弈论预防和处理护理纠纷后，医院竞争能力提高，护士服务理念增强，护士素质提高；患者对护理工作满意，纠纷减少：护患双方呈合作、信任的伙伴关系。

| Abstract: | The authors applied the game theory to the nurse-patient conflicts:(1)handling pensonal relationship,(2)prevention and handling nurse-patient conflicts. After application of game theory to handling the nurse-patient conflicts, the hospital's ability in competition was raised, nurse's service concept changed nurses' quality was improved, patients were satisfied with nursing, and conflicts were fewer. Patients could understand the nursing work in a certain degree. The nurse-patient sides took the form of cooperation and trust. |
