| 摘 要： | 本文介绍二氧化碳激光点状烧灼治疗面部色痣50例,经半年至5年后进行随访,以判断其治疗效果。其中痊愈29例。轻度疤痕13例,疤痕8例,未发现色痣残留的无效病例。所有病例在外观上都有明显改善。因此,结合病例对疤痕产生的原因以及二氧化碳激光烧灼治疗中的注意事项进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | This article reports the therapeutic effects of co_2 laser point burn on 50 casesof nevus pigmentosus in the face. Follow--up and evaluation was made 6 monthsto 5 years after treatment. Of the 50 cases 29 were cured. 13 had small scar for-mation left on the faces, and 8 had scar formation. No retained pigment was found,and all cases were markedly improved in countenance. According to these cases, the causes of scar formation and the points for atten-tion in treatment with carbon dioxide laser burn were discussed. |
