| 摘 要： | 目的：观察降糖饮治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：将128例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组72例和对照组56例，对照组采用基础治疗加西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服降糖饮。结果：两组总有效率比较，P〈0．05；治疗后两组FBG、F2BG均有所下降，分另4与本组治疗前比较，P〈0．05或P〈0．01；而两组治疗后FBG、F2BG分别比较，均P〈0．01。结论：降糖饮为主治疗2型糖尿病疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect on type 2 diabetes treated by Jiangtang decoction. Method： 128 cases were randomly divided into 72 cases in the treatment group and 56 cases in the control group. Cases in the control group were treated with basic treatment and western routine therapy and cases in the treatment group treated by Jiangtang decoction on the basis of the therapy in the control group. Results： The total effective rate was significant（ P 〈 O. 05）as compared with the two groups. FBG and F2BG were declined after treatment as compared before treatment （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 O. 01 ）. FBG and F2BG were declined after treatment in the treatment group as compared with the control group （P 〈0. O1 ）. Conclusion： Jiangtang decoction was satisfactory for treating type 2 diabetes. |
