拉西地平与苯那普利对高血压患者24h血压的影响

目的比较拉西地平和苯那普利对高血压患者的疗效。方法60例高血压病Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期患者按服药情况分拉西地平组、苯那普利组，治疗8周进行24h动态血压（BP）监测。结果两药均能显著降压，两者降低偶测BP的幅度无显著差异，拉西地平降低24h平均压和白天平均压的幅度大于苯那普利。结论对轻中度高血压病拉西地平与苯那普利是一种安全的药物，每天给药一次能维持24h降压效应。

The efficacy of once-daily, Lacidipine and Benazepril on 24-hour blood pressue in patients with essential hypertension

Objective To Compare the antihyperten effects of Laeidipine and Benazepril in patients with essential hypertension Methods 60 patients with essntia] hypertension in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ , divided into two groups, were treated with Lacidipine or Benazcpril ,their efficaies also were assessed by 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring Results Both Lacidipine and Benazepril significantly reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressures when compared with placebo and no differences were obsverved between two drugs , Lacidipine had grea- ter reduction in 24 h mean and daytime mean ambulatory blood pressures than Benazepril Conclusion Lacidipine and Benazepril once daily is effective . safe and well tolerated in mild to moderate hypertensive patients.
