伊拉地平对原发性高血压的临床疗效

６４例轻、中度原发性高血压患者进入伊拉地平与尼群地平双盲随机对照研究。伊拉地平组２９人完成全疗程，有效２７例（９３．１％），尼群地平组３１例完成全疗程，有效２７例（８７．１％）。伊拉地平最大降压效应发生在用药后２～４ｈ，降压作用持续１４ｈ。尼群地平组有４例出现踝部水肿，其它副作用两组间无显著差异。伊拉地平开放治疗组３０例有效率及副作用，与对照研究组服此药的结果相似。结论：伊拉地平对轻、中度原发性高血压的治疗有效且耐受良好。

CLINICAL EFFECT OF ISRADIPINE IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION

Isradipine is a calcium antagonist of the dihydropyridine type,with marked vasodilator activity.It is a potent antihypertensive drug when given as monotherapy.The efficacy and side effects of isradipine were studied in 99 patients with mild to moderate hypertension.64 of the 99 patients entered into a double-blind,randomized,between patient comparison of isradipine and nitrendipine.Patients were assessed after 2 weeks of placebo treatment and after 12 weeks of active therapy.Isradipine at 1.25 and 2.5 mg twice daily reduced blood pressures to a significantly lower level.The lowest blood pressures were recorded at 2 hours postdose.The effect sustained for 14 hours.The effective rate of patients with isradipine was 92.9%,with nitrendipine 87.1%.There were no differences between patients with isradipine and nitrendipine on side effects.The efficacy and side effects in another group of 30 patients with isradipine were the same as results of the comparative study.We conclude that isradipine is effective and welltolerated in the treatment of mild.to moderate hypertenslon.
