颅内外动脉多支架置入术后并发症观察及护理

目的探讨颅内外动脉多支架置入与单支架置入术，术后并发症及其护理是否存在差异。方法58例颅内外动脉狭窄支架置入术后患者，根据支架置入枚数分组，进行并发症发生率比较。结果58例患者术后并发症发生率包括穿刺点渗血及淤斑8.6%、穿刺部位局部血肿17.2%、假性动脉瘤8.6%、短暂性脑缺血发作8.6%、脑梗死6.9%、脑出血1.7%、静脉血栓形成1.7%。置入不同数目的颅内外动脉支架各组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论颅内外动脉多支架置入术后并发症与支架植入数目多少无关。正确认识并及时处理并发症是颅内外动脉多支架置入术后护理的重要内容。

Observation and nursing of complications of extra-intracranial artery after plasty with several internal stents

Objective To evaluate the complications,nursing method and different outcomes after carotid artery stenting (CAS).Methods One or two or three stents were deployed in 58 patients with the carotid stenosis diagnosed by DSA, complications after operation were observed, treated and analyzed.Results Main complications after catotid artery stenting included staxis 8.6%,hematoma 17.2%,false aneurysm 8.6%,TIA 8.6%,cerebral infarction (CI) 8.6%,cerebral hemorrhage 1.7% and venous thrombosis 1.7%.There was no significant difference in complications among patients between groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions There are no significant differences in rates of complication with different number of stent inserted. It is important that recognizing the complications during nursing the patient after carotid artery stenting (CAS) and active treating in time.
