| 摘 要： | 目的 通过家庭回访式健康教育,进一步提高患者的遵医行为,纠正不良生活方式.方法 将260例慢性肾脏疾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各130例.对照组不实施家庭回访,治疗组患者于出院2周后进行家庭回访式健康教育,时间为1年.1年后对2组患者遵医行为(服药、饮食治疗、预防知识)及再入院情况进行对比.结果 治疗组病人遵医行为明显好于对照组病人,且复发率较低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 家庭回访式健康教育能提高患者遵医行为,延缓疾病的进展,预防并发症,全面控制危险因素,减少再次入院,减轻社会及家庭经济负担,提高病人生活质量.
