| Abstract: | The source power of development is the talent of the medical enterprise,so the hospital should develop the specialties by enhancing the cultivation of the talent and building up the platform of talent development. In the article,the experiences to construct the talent team to develop the heart medicine of Shenyang General Hospital were discussed as perfecting the cultivation condition,formulating the management system and influencing the ideas of the talent. |
