中医辨证治疗支气管哮喘的临床分析

目的观察中药辩证治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法120例患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组中医辩证分为热哮、寒哮用中药治疗,对照组用先锋霉素Ⅳ、氨茶碱、地塞米松口服治疗,10d为1疗程。观察2组临床症状、体征、副反应及下次发作的时间等情况。结果治疗组和对照组的临床有效率分别为86.7%及75%,治疗组无明显副作用,且再发作的时间要长于对照组。结论治疗组优于对照组。
