| 摘 要： | 目的:研究β-CD包合止咳颗粒中挥发油的最佳工艺。方法:正交试验法,以油利用率和成品率为考察指标。结果:优选出包合工艺为:挥发油∶β-CD为1∶6,包结温度为35℃,包合时间为30m in。结论:此工艺可用于大生产。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study optimum inclusion process conditions for volatile oil from Zhike granules.Method:The study was carried out with orthogonal design.The process conditions were studied by determining the utilazision ratio of volatile oil from Zhike granules,the oil-bearing rate.Results:The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as:volatile oil:β-CD was 1∶6,the inclusion temperature was at 35℃ and inclusion time for 30 min.Conclusion:The method can be used for mass production. |
