山西省医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量监测报告

目的了解山西省部分医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量及卫生管理状况,为加强院内感染管理提供科学依据。方法采用现场抽样和细菌定量检验的方法,对山西省辖区内94所不同类型医疗机构的消毒与灭菌质量进行了监测与分析。结果从94所医疗机构监测到室内空气消毒效果平均合格率为92.11%,医护人员手和物体表面平均合格率为83.46%,内镜清洗消毒质量平均合格率为82.92%。压力蒸汽灭菌器生物监测平均总合格率为99.46%;无菌物品的灭菌质量合格率为93.68%。结论山西省不同类别医疗机构消毒质量和管理现状总体较好,但发展不平衡,无菌物品质量应引起特别关注。

SURVAILLANCE REPORT ON DISINFECTION AND STERILIZATION QUALITY OF SHANXI MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS

Objective To know the status of disinfection and sterilization quality and health management of part of Shanxi medical institutions,provide scientific basis for improving nosocomial infection management.Methods Field sampling and bacterial quantitative detection methods were used to survey and analysis the disinfection and sterilization quality of 94 different types of medical institutions.Results The average qualified rate of indoor air disinfection quality of the 94 medical institution was 92.11%.The average qualified rate of endoscope was 82.92%.The average qualified rate of autoclave indicator was 99.46%.The average qualified rate of sterilized material was 93.68%.Conclusion The status of disinfection and sterilization quality and health management of different type of Shanxi medical institutions is good.But the development is not balance,the sterilized material especially to be focused.
