一种复方醋酸氯己定外科手消毒液的杀菌效果观察

目的观察一种复方醋酸氯己定外科手消毒液的消毒效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验对该消毒液进行消毒效果观察。结果含2 300 mg/L醋酸氯己定、15%乙醇的该复方消毒液作用2 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00。用含1 200 mg/L醋酸氯己定与7.5%乙醇复方消毒液作用2min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值>5.00;作用3 min,对悬液内白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值>4.00。用该复方外科手消毒液原液擦拭消毒1 min,对手上自然菌平均杀灭对数值>1.00。结论该复方醋酸氯己定外科手消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌有较好的杀菌作用,对手上自然菌消毒效果符合规范要求。

OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF A COMPOUND DISINFECTANTS CONTAINING ACETATE CHLORHEXIDINE

Objective To observe the disinfectant efficacy of a compound disinfectant contains acetate chlorhexidine.Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test and field trial were used to carry out the disinfection efficacy observation.Results The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the solution containing acetate chlorhexidine 2 300 mg/L and 15% alcohol for 2 min,Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the solution containing acetate chlorhexidine 1 200 mg/L and 7.5% alcohol were all above 5.00.The killing logarithm values of Candida albicans exposed to the solution containing acetate chlorhexidine 1 200 mg/L and 7.5% alcohol for 3 min were above 4.00.In field trial,the killing logarithm values of natural bacteria on the surface of fingers by the disinfection solution wiping for 1 min was above 1.00.Conclusion The compound disinfectants has good germicidal efficacy to vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi,and the disinfection effect to the natural bacteria on the hands surface was followed the demand of standard.
