二氯海因消毒剂消毒相关性能的试验研究

目的研究二氯海因消毒剂的消毒相关性能,为实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用理化分析、悬液定量杀菌试验和动物实验方法,对该消毒剂的消毒相关性能进行了实验室观察。结果该二氯海因消毒剂有效氯质量分数为37%,经54℃存放14 d,有效氯含量下降率为1.06%。用有效氯浓度为6 000 mg/L该二氯海因消毒浸泡作用30 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭对数值>5.0;用有效氯浓度为300 mg/L浸泡作用5 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值均>5.0。该二氯海因消毒剂对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50值为1 876 mg/kg(体重),对小鼠嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果阴性。结论该二氯海因消毒剂性能稳定,对细菌繁殖体、真菌和细菌芽孢都具有较好的杀灭效果,属于低毒物质,但无致微核作用。

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON DISINFECTION PROPERTY OF DICHLORO-DIMETHYL HYDANTION DISINFECTANT

Objective To study the germicidal effect and toxicity of dichloro-dimethy hydantion disinfectant.Methods The Physicochemical test,suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test were used to observe its stability,disinfection ability and toxicity.Results The quality percentage of available chlorine in the disinfectant was 37%.The content of available chlorine decreased 1.06% after stored at 54℃ for 14 days.The average killing logarithm value of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores exposed to this disinfectant containing 6 000 mg/L for 30 min was >5.00.The average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aurous,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans exposed to this disinfectant containing 300 mg/L for 5 min were >5.00.Its LD50 was 1 875.65 mg/kg(bw)in mice actute oral toxienty test.The resalt was negative in the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test.Conclusion This disinfectant is stable and has good germicidal efficacy.On vegetative bacteria,fungi and bacterial spores.It has low toxicity and has no mutagenic effect on mice
