层流手术室空气细菌浓度监测结果

目的观察层流手术室空气洁净质量,加强洁净手术室空气管理。方法采用平板沉降法,对该医院洁净手术室空气中细菌浓度进行了监测和评价。结果 2011年度该医院洁净手术室空气中细菌浓度最低为0 cfu/30min.Ф90 mm皿,最高为4 cfu/30 min.Ф90 mm皿。手术室空气细菌浓度合格率与洁净系统设备使用时间呈负相关(r=-0.79)。结论该医院洁净手术室空气中细菌浓度基本不超标,随着洁净系统设备使用时间的延长,对空气净化效果减弱。

MONITORING AND ANALYSIS OF AIR BACTERIAL CONCENTRATION IN LAMINAR FLOW OPERATION ROOM

Objective To observe air cleanliness in laminar flow operation room so as to strengthen quality control.Methods The plate subsiding method was used to monitor and evaluate air bacterial concentration in laminar flow operation room of our hospital.Results The minimum air bacterial concentration in operation room in our hospital in year 2011 was 0 cfu/30min Ф 90 mm dish and the maximum of that was 4 cfu/30 min·Ф 90 mm dish.The qualified rate of air bacterial concentration in operation room was negatively related with the using time of equipment(r=-0.79).Conclusion The air bacterial concentration in laminar flow operation room in our hospital does not exceed the standard,but prolonged using of the device weakens the air purification effect.
