医院感染现患率调查与分析

目的了解住院患者医院感染基本情况,提高医院感染管理水平。方法采用横断面调查方法,对某医院某日住院患者医院感染情况进行了调查。结果调查当日应查住院患者768例,实查762例,实查率99.22%。发生医院感染26例、29例次,医院感染现患率为3.41%、感染例次现患率为3.81%。感染部位以呼吸道居首位,构成比为65.52%。结论该医院的医院感染现患率与国内多数报道的结果接近,重点防控措施是严格消毒隔离和无菌操作,加强抗菌药物应用管理。

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE PREVALENCE RATE OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION

Objective To understand the status of nosocomial infection in inpatients for improving the level of nosocomial infection management.Methods The cross-sectional survey method was used to investigate the nosocomial infection of inpatients in our hospital on one day.Results On the investigated day,768 cases of inpatients should be checked,762 cases of inpatients were checked actually,so the check rate was 99.22%.26 cases and 29 times of nosocomial infection happened,and the infection rate was 3.41%,while the case prevalence rate was 3.81%.The first infection site was respiratory tract,the ratio of which was 65.52%.Conclusion The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in the hospital was close to that of most domestic reports.The key control measures are strict disinfection and isolation,aseptic operation and improving the management of antibacterial drug application.
