脉搏门控与心电门控在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块MRI中的应用比较

目的:比较脉搏门控与心电门控在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块MRI中的应用。方法:用1.5T磁共振仪对15位健康志愿者采用心电门控和脉搏门控FSE-DIRT1WI进行颈动脉壁成像,测量和比较两种序列的采集时间(TA)、图像信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)、靶血管壁完整性和血流伪影。结果:心电门控和脉搏门控FSE-DIRT1WI在采集时间和评价图像质量的各项指标的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:颈动脉粥样硬化斑块MRI分析序列中,可以采用脉搏门控代替心电门控。

A Comparison of Peripheral Pulse-gating with Cardiac-gating in Application in Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque MRI

Objective To compare the application of peripheral pulse-gating and cardiac-gating in carotid atherosclerotic plaque MRI.Methods Carotid MR imaging was performed in 15 healthy volunteers at a 1.5T MR scanner. Sequences including cardiac-gated and peripheral pulse-gated FSE-DIRT1WI were carried out. Acquisition Time (TA), Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR), Contrast to Noise Ratio (CNR), integrity of vessel wall, blood flow artifact were measured and compared. Results There were no significant differences of TA, SNR, CNR, Integrity of vessel wall and blood flow artifact between cardiac-gated and peripheral pulse-gated FSE-DIRT1WI (P>0.05).Conclusion Peripheral pulse-gating can be used in carotid atherosclerotic plaque MRI instead of cardiac-gating.
