间充质干细胞的免疫调节功能

摘    要:间充质干细胞(MSC)在支持造血细胞的成熟、分化和生存方面具有重要作用.最近研究发现,MSC具有免疫调节作用,能抑制树突状细胞(DC)成熟,并通过细胞-细胞接触的机制,抑制T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞及自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)的功能,在自身免疫性疾病及肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸中至关重要.现正尝试将MSC用于抗急性移植物抗宿主病(aGVHD)及自身免疫性疾病的治疗.

Abstract:Mesenchymal stem cells(MSC) interact with hematopoietic stem cells and support their growth and differentiation in the bone marrow.MSCs,which can differentiate into multiple mesenchymal and non-mesenchymal lineages,provide a promising tool for tissue repairs.In addition,MSCs suppress many functions of T,B,NK cells and probably affect dendritic cell(DC) activities,which is vital in autoimmune disorders and immune escape of tumor cells.More recently,many studies have demonstrated that MSCs affect the function of different immunocompetent cell types,providing support for their pioneering utilization in acute graft-versus-host disease(aGVHD) and rationale for their possible use in the treatment of autoimmune disorders.
