| 摘 要： | 本文报告60例慢性肝病患者APP诱导的血小板聚集(PAR)功能、ADP诱导的血小板聚集交叉研究及有关凝血象测定。发现慢性肝病时PAR下降与血小板第3因子有效性异常者延长的秒数呈负相关,与病情严重性相一致,可作为肝硬化代偿与失代偿的参考指标。用血小板聚集交叉试验检测20例慢性肝病患者,发现ADP诱导血小板聚集功能低下的原因是血浆因素及血小板因素两者兼而有之。

| Abstract: | ADP-induced blood platelet aggregation function (PAR), and the related blood coagulation picture were measured in 60 patients with chronic liver disease. Oar study showed that the decreased PAR was correlated negatively with the defects in platelet factor 3 availability, but was consistantly correlated with severity of the disease process, we suggested that PAR can be used as a reference index in the differentiation of compensation and decompensation between patients with liver cirrhosis. ADP-induced blood platelet aggregation cross study was measured in 20 patients with chronic liver disease and it was found that the cause of decreased PAR was due both to plasma factor and blood platelet factor |
