左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床研究

目的:观察左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的有效性和安全性.方法:左氧氟沙星静脉滴注为治疗组,头孢曲松静脉滴注为对照组,疗程7～14d,对两组治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效和安全性进行随机观察.结果:治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为74%和69.4%,总有效率分别为94%和92.2%;细菌清除率分别为90%和87.8%;上述结果统计处理差异无显著性(p＞0.05).结论:左氧氟沙星注射液是治疗社区获得性肺炎安全有效的药物.

Clinical Study on Levofloxacin Intravenous Injection for Treatment of Community Acquired Pneumonica

Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of intravenous levofloxacin versus ceftriaxone in treatment of community acquired pneumonica(CAP).Methods: A prospective,comparative study was carried out in CAP patients.Patient received either levofloxacin intravenously or ceftriax one for 7-14 days.Results: Clinical cure rats and total effective rats were 74% and 94% in levofloxacin group;69.2% and 92.2% in control group;the bacterial eradication rate being 90% and 87.8%.there was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion: levofloxacin is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of community acquired pneumonica.
